Exolaunch EXOPod Satellite Dispenser for launching CubeSats and Micro-satellites

Exolaunch EXOPod Satellite Dispenser is a versatile CubeSat deployer available in 12U and 16U sizes, configurable with up to four independent slots. It offers more space and payload capacity beyond standard CubeSat Design Specifications. Featuring windows on two sides for easy access, the EXOPod allows for inspection, testing, and RBF pin removal post-integration. Since 2017, it has successfully deployed 80 CubeSats ranging from 0.25U to 16U. Made in Germany, the EXOPod is free from export restrictions.

Exolaunch is a satellite transportation and integration company for deployment of small satellites (CubeSats and Micro-satellites). The company, headquartered in Berlin, Germany, is a spin-off from Technische Universität Berlin, and has facilitated the deployment of over 100 satellites since its founding.

Specializing in Ride-share launches, the company has provided mission management and launch services for payloads on Arianespace’ Soyuz, Rocket Lab’s Electron launcher, and has secured agreements with SpaceX and New Space India, Ltd. Notably, Exolaunch has supported around one-third of Spire Global’s Lemur satellite constellation since 2016. In July 2017, a partnership with Momentus Space was established to integrate water plasma propulsion technologies. In August 2018, ICEYE from Finland selected Exolaunch for the launch of their synthetic-aperture radar satellites. Exolaunch’s largest mission occurred in July 2019, deploying 28 Smallsats, including 25 CubeSats and two Micro-satellites, on a Soyuz-2 launch. The mission also qualified the CarboNIX Micro-satellite separation system. The smallest satellite handled by Exolaunch measured just 2.5cm in height.
