Skybrokers de-installed a 16.4-meter VertexRSI Earth Station Antenna in Holland
One of the largest projects ever done in Skybrokers history. In September 2025, our company was awarded a contract to deliver a 16.4-meter VertexRSI Earth Station Antenna to an undisclosed customer in Europe. In February 2026, we identified a suitable antenna system at Castor Network Systems in the Netherlands that was scheduled for removal from the site in Burum.
During the de-installation process, the elevation jack was found to be defective. Using three large cranes, we carefully balanced the reflector to safely remove the jack for refurbishment prior to shipment.
With a six-member project and installation team the antenna was carefully taken down, dismantled, and professionally packed for transport to its destination. Very special thanks for the excellent support and dedication from local crane company KTF Harlingen for crane and heavy equipment rentals.
