In April 2023 Skybrokers completed the removal of two satellite antennas, a Siemens 3.5m and an Andrew 5.6m antenna from an abandoned site located in Kehl, Germany, near the French border. The request for satellite antenna de-installation was made by Die FernSehWerft, a broadcasting company headquartered in Berlin. Our three-member project and installation team, worked tirelessly over the course of a week to take down and remove the antennas with invaluable assistance from the MSG Crane company and Becker Rentals.
Die FernSehWerft, GmbH. is an independent German Media- & TV Production and Broadcasting company headquartered in Berlin’s creative East Harbour area. The company was established in 2007 and is famous for its daily breakfast tv-magazine called “Frühstücksfernsehen” on SAT1 German Television.
