Intelsat-903
Intelsat-903 is a geostationary communications satellite operated by Intelsat (SES), designed to provide television broadcasting, data transmission, and telecommunications services across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and parts of Asia.
The satellite was built by Space Systems/Loral (SS/L) on the SSL 1300HL platform and launched on 30 March 2002 aboard an ILS Proton K rocket. Operating in C-band and Ku-band, the satellite supported a wide range of commercial, enterprise, and governmental communications customers.
After many years of successful service in GEO, the spacecraft was later relocated to graveyard orbit, marking the end of its operational life. The satellite played an important role in expanding Intelsat’s global connectivity and broadcast infrastructure in the early 2000s.
