Skybrokers de-installed two Andrew Satellite Antennas at Česká televize in Prague, Czech Republic.

Skybrokers de-installed two Andrew Satellite Antennas at Česká televize in December 2023, one of our last projects of that year. An Andrew 3.7m and 4.6m motorized Earth Station antenna were removed from the site at the national TV broadcaster, Česká televize in the Czech Republic. The de-installation project was successfully coordinated with great help from Lukáš and Radek from technology partner E4C Group, a B2B technology company for Satellite TV operators and TV content providers. Our three-member installation team from Croatia took both antennas down, cleaned and packed them properly for transportation to our antenna facility in The Netherlands where they will be prepared for re-installation in the Middle-East.

Public Television Broadcaster Česká televize (Czech Television) is broadcasting seven TV channels to millions of subscribers. The company was established after breakup of Czechoslovakia in 1992 and is the successor to Czechoslovak Television founded in 1953. CzechTV is one of the major employers in the area of film and art in the Czech Republic with around 3,000 employees.

The E4C Group of companies is offering a comprehensive range of services in the domain of video and audio signal processing, as well as the distribution of TV content to their subscriber base. The company managed two teleport sites located in the Czech Republic and Hungary and serves as the primary technical operations partner for M7 Group S.A.’s DTH platforms. These platforms provide a rich TV experience to over 3 million subscribers across eight European countries, including The Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, and Hungary.
