Horizons-3e (IS-H3e) at 169° East was built by Boeing Defense & Space and provides HTS (High Throughput Satellite) connectivity in both C-band and Ku-band to Asia, the Pacific Ocean Region, parts of North America and Antarctica from its orbital slot of 169° East longitude. Utilizing multi spot beams, multiport amplifiers and digital channelizers brings you connectivity and performance with expanded flexibility.

The Horizons-3e (IS-H3e) at 169° East satellite was launched on September 25th, 2018 on an Ariane 5 rocket operated by launch operator Arianespace from French Guiana Space Centre. Horizons-3e is owned and operated by Horizons-3 Satellite, LLC, a joint venture between JSAT International Inc. and satellite operator Intelsat.
