SaS Red Diamond LEO Nano-satellite is operated by Sky and Space, an IoT start-up satellite company planning a 200 Nano-satellite constellation for Earth observation.

The SaS Red Diamond LEO Nano-satellite, constructed by GOMSpace from Denmark, was successfully launched with the Green and Blue Diamond, on June 23rd, 2017. The launch took place from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre launch site in Sriharikota, India and was performed with the PSLV launch vehicle operated by ISRO.

The launch was a milestone for the company that is preparing for a constellation of 200+ Nano-satellites in the coming years.
